Skiing
Skiing at Whistler Blackcomb, what more could you want on Christmas morning. Waking up in your beautiful hotel room at Evolution and uploading via Creekside Gondola is the only way to spend Christmas if you ask us. Creekside has it all on your trip to Whistler.
You can avoid the crowds and lineups in Whistler Village by getting your lift ticket and rentals from the Whistler Blackcomb outlets in Creekside. This means more time spent on the mountain floating through that champagne powder and carving epic turns.

Bars
After a morning of skiing, you might be ready for a drink to help warm you up! Luckily, we also have lots of bars in Whistler! Stop by the Roundhouse Lodge on Whistler and grab a drink at Steep’s Grill & Wine Bar. Relax in this informal bar with a glass of local BC wine or mulled wine and watch skiers and boarders ride by.
If you ride out to Whistler Village, make sure you stop by The GLC. Here you can try the classic Canadian drink - a Caesar. The GLC makes one of the best in town. If you’ve never had one, this is the place to try it!

Restaurants
We all know that Christmas is the best time of year to forget about those diets and enjoy lots of food! You’ll have no shortages of restaurants to choose from during your stay here. For a traditional feed in a rustic, Candian restaurant, then you need to go to Dusty’s Bar & BBQ.
This wooden cabin at the foot of snowy Whistler Mountain is the perfect Christmas location. You’ll find a large menu of burgers, briskets and nachos on the menu here. Most of the dishes here can be made gluten-free as well, making Dusty’s suitable for lots of people.

Spa
One of the best ways to recover from a hard day of skiing, and to prepare for a big night out, is to treat yourself to a few hours at the spa! There’s plenty of choices when it comes to choosing a spa, but the local favourite is The Scandinave Spa.
From private massages to outdoor thermal pools and saunas, this place has it all. Imagine relaxing in bubbling hot tub with snow falling all around you. Pure bliss! If you’re not used to seeing snow, then this will make memories to last a lifetime!

The fun in Whistler doesn’t stop when Christmas is over. In fact, New Year’s Eve parties in Whistler attract quite a crowd! You’ll meet people from all over the world as you walk down the village stroll and watch the incredible firework display.
There’s also a special Fire & Ice Show planned for 11.30 pm at the base of Whistler Mountain. This is a great chance to see some incredible skiers and snowboarders up close as they jump through flaming rings!
If you’re not ready for the party to stop you can pay a visit to one of our ever-popular night clubs. Each will be having its own glitzy and glamourous party to welcome in the new year.
