The Whistler Telus Golf Classic
We hope you’ve had enough time this summer to work on your golf swing because one of Whistler’s best tournaments is coming up. The Telus Golf Classic returns to Whistler this September 14th, 2018.
This annual tournament invites local and visiting golfers to compete in a traditional Texas Scramble. The round of golf will begin with a shotgun start at 11:30 and be accompanied by fun activities and on-course tastings along the way.
The Telus Golf Classic one of the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation’s biggest fundraising events. After the golfing is over, there will be a delicious dinner, prize presentations, live and silent auctions, as well as live music by the Hairfarmers.
Your 18-hole scramble entry fee gets you everything and more, including; green fee, power cart, range balls, a welcome gift package, a sleeve of golf balls, picnic lunch, on-course refreshments, a sweepstakes ticket, reception appetizers, buffet dinner, and live entertainment.

This inexpensive activity has been growing in popularity in Whistler because of it’s two great courses. Disc golf is a great afternoon activity with tons of fresh air and exercise, all while having a blast with your friends!
