From local pitmasters to world champions, Whistler Creekside will be graced with a magnitude of BBQ talent during BC Day Long Weekend. Come out to Dusty’s in Creekside to watch the action take place, sample some of the best BBQ food in Canada, and enjoy live entertainment throughout the weekend.
Wanderlust Whistler
August 2 – 5, 2018
If chopping down on meat all weekend doesn’t appeal to you, maybe Whistler’s Wanderlust Festival will! Celebrate the mind, body, and soul through yoga and wellness in the extraordinary Coast Mountains of Whistler this August long weekend. Join visitors from around the world and take part in an all-out celebration of mindful living with renowned yogis, speakers, chefs, musicians, and more. Wanderlust is a place to try new things, taste new foods, and learn some new yoga moves.
Whistler Farmers' Market
The Whistler Farmers’ Market occurs throughout the summer on Wednesdays and Sundays until October. You can shop for fresh local produce, baked goods, beverages, art, and more at this open-air market. Perfect for a family outing, the Whistler Farmers' Market will be open from 11 am - 2 pm both Saturday, August 4th, and Sunday, August 5th of the long weekend.
Whistler Olympic Plaza Concerts
Running in tandem with Wanderlust, there’s a great lineup of free concerts at Whistler Olympic Plaza before and during the long weekend. Grab a chair and enjoy a chill night out, or dance the night away like nobody's watching, we’ll let you decide.
