Family Day at the Audain Art Museum
Check out the special Family Studio held by the Audain Art Museum, celebrating BC Family Day, on February 12th. Artists guide families through hands-on, engaging art projects inspired by the special events, holidays, and the museums exhibitions. Take some time, make some crafts, and learn a little about Whistler’s culture. The activities are geared towards families with children 12 & under. Space is limited, so make sure you get there fast!
Fire & Ice Show
The Fire & Ice Show happens every Sunday at the base of the mountains by Whistler Skier’s Plaza. Dress warm and grab a hot beverage because you’re about to see some crazy stunts involving lots of flips and fire. Bring the whole family out to watch talented skiers and riders fly through flaming hoops, live DJs, fire spinners, and a fireworks show!
Ice Kingdom Whistler
New to Whistler this year is the Ice Kingdom! All ages will enjoy this 40,000 square foot winter wonderland right at the Whistler Golf Course! With 30 awe-inspiring attractions set to entertain guests, like a snow maze and ice slides, there’s something for everybody to enjoy, including food vendors and licensed bar. Plus, if you head there after dark you get to see the Ice Kingdom fully lit with colour. Don’t miss out on this truly magic experience, Ice Kingdom will only be open from February 3rd to March 31st, 2018.
