Whistler Film Festival Is Back & Better Than Ever!
It’s Canada’s coolest film festival, and it’s back in Whistler this early December! The Whistler Film Festival makes its returns to the mountains, much to filmmakers and cinephiles delight, for five days of films and events. Experience film premieres, industry events, and after-parties, all in beautiful Whistler Village.
There’s plenty to do over the five day festival including industry networking, parties, film screenings, galas, and more. This is your chance to rub shoulders with industry professionals and indulge in some silver screen adventures along the way. Whistler Film Festival offers the unique chance to connect with filmmakers, actors, producers, and the people behind the scenes. This is the perfect chance to get a glimpse into the film industry or start networking with industry professionals.
Tickets are on sale now, and there’s plenty to choose from with a diverse schedule of films and events happening during the festival. This year, Whistler Film Festival will be hosting 87 films from over 15 different countries.
Another cool part about Whistler Film Festival this year is that, with 14 feature films being directed by women, the festival has the most female-directed films yet – representing 30% of the feature film programming!
